I particularly like the second one. It seems like something has just happened - between them? to her that he observed? - and this paragraph makes me want to know what that was.

these are really intriguing and would probably make a really interesting story...maybe it might be hard to write an entire story in the present-tense narrative, but i don't know...maybe it's easy for you, haha. Anyway they look good, it'd be cool to see what happens.

These were all good, though my favorite is 'Letting Go...'
You have an amazing foundation here that could end up to be a masterpiece. There are just so many possible directions to go in; did she get this way at the hands of a loved one who violated her trust, or maybe she was raped, or maybe she witnessed something so horrific she never could get over it. It is just so deep, and the storyline fabric is strong, so you could branch it out into a full story.
I will keep my eyes open for an update. Great work!

All of these were really good. Its always refreshing to see some one that can still write descriptively. My admiration you have for ever, you being one of the few people able to paint vivid pictures with only words.

The best thing about this piece is it's honesty. This is realistic rather than sappy.
