I think I'm gonna cry...coz that was a story that I even ignored Facebook for. *jaw drops*
You are an amazing writer. And this story was amazing. I think writing endings are the hardest part of the story...well, for me that is. :P But you ended that really well, and I could not find a flaw in your writing.
Keep writing more like this. (:

Aww this made me cry, especially when Davey cried :( Thats such a hard place to be in; to have to choose to hurt either one brother or the other and to love them bothD: Even the situation with Mac is dificult, that he has to separate himself from his family because of his feelings. Altogether though this was really well written. It made me hurt and cry and in the same time feel happy just like the characters:)

I am not sure if i reviewed this before but I jus want to say that this s seriously one of my all time favourite one-shots. Honestly...Its amazing. I just keep on coming back to it.
The story line is perfect, the structure is great and it matches a One-shot perfectly. If it was a story it would not have had this...charm about it. Its great.
The tone of the story is amazing...you really are a great writer.
I first read this story about...couple years ago now and in random moments my mind goes back to this story and I get o my laptop and try searching for it, just to refresh my mind. It really is great. I love it. The charcters are so...perfect! Well not in the literal sense but just perfectlly suited to reality. I really love it.
Keep up the great work dude. I would love to see something else like this in the future if possible. ;)

this story is so beautifully written. i can honestly say that i feel every emotion that u carved in evie.
generally i tend to dislike characters like evie's but the way u wrote the pov and her and mac's feelings made me feel that finally everything is what it supposed to be.
but still poor, poor davey. he sure'll be scarred.

Hm... Evie gave Davey shoes as his birthday present. Got me thinking.
Did you know there's a superstition that if you give someone shoes, you have to ask for some symbolic payment, a small coin or something. Otherwise you'll both walk your separate ways. (The same goes for sharp objects, like a knife, only they say it kills the friendship if not paid for.) So, yeah, it worked pretty quickly, won't you say?
Otherwise, scorching chemistry between those two. Loved it. Thank you for writing it.

Nice one shot! I don't generally tend to read them, but occasionally I;ll give one a bash, and this one didn't let me down!
Just one critique, someone may have already picked this up but I didn't want to read all the reviews lol; when someone turns 19 years old, 19 years have passed, so they enter their 20th year, not 19th like mentioned by Davey's dad.
