I LOVE the last parts of this chapter! The way you alternated the POVs was really cool. What a sad chapter as well.
One big thing is crystal clear now though: "Father... he makes me sell myself, but if I don't then I can't pay for everything me and Charlotte survive on." GAH, WHERE'S HIS FATHER? LEMME AT HIM, LEMME AT HIM! Darn Wilson parents, I'mma kick yo' butts!
*sniff, sniff* Poor, poor Liam. He's going through so much crap right now. Poor Char, too.
A sad, fast paced, action-packed chapter, it's really great. Aw, and thanks for dedicating it to me. :D :D

Yay, I like this story. It's all fun and easygoing. Kind of like chick lit, but it sounds less cliched than that. I like Charlotte, she sounds cool, especially when she goes on about the rainbows and the duckies on her shoes. I want shoes like that, they sound absolutely awesome!
So far I admit I can't really see where this story is going, although I suppose this could be a good thing, y'know? I mean, I the reader am not supposed to know everything, but you the author is, so hopefully you'll let us in on it soon.
So, yes, I like the writing style and the characters and POVs, but some more actual events would be cool, although obviously I understand that this is only the second chapter and you're taking it slowly. Good luck with the next chapters! [:
