This reminds me of Stephen King's IT.
You put some incredibly creepy dialogue in here which really adds to the frightening tone. The rhymes are more disturbing because they're childlike, which really contrasts their content.
You have some very gory description. Your imagery is wonderful here and it's really easy to picture what's going on, which makes the scene all the more frightening.
