Honestly, I already had to laugh while reading the summary XD it promised a silly story :)
It's a really nice challenge, and I love what you did with it.
The ocean references are fantastic XDD those nicknames XD
("Quinne, in this pile, is your outfit."
I turned around.
"Julie, that pile is my entire closet."
"No, it's not. Now, start picking.")
I love that dialogue XD whenever I need an outfit, it starts like that XD
I think you missed typing one word though: (-high pitched squeaks resembling an excited.) - I'm putting quotes from the story between '()' to make it clearer :)
(I grabbed her purse and rushed to the door.)
did she take Julie's purse or her own?
("Hey, hun. How's the date going? Has he mad any moves yet?")

This is a totally cute one shot! Perfectly fluffy and all that jazz. I did notice that you switched from first person to third for a sentence when the MC was trying on her dress. But other than that, it was superb!

That was really cute. There were a few things in there that confused me for a while and I had to think before I got them, but unfortunately I can't remember any of them now (If I did I'd quote them for you). Matt sounds so awesome and Rick sounds like a loser.
Anyway, I really liked this, good job :D

It's cute! Yay on completing the story (which is why I love writing oneshots. That feeling of completion is fantastic). This was pretty cute, and I'm psyched that someone else did my challenge. Hehehe. I think there's some parts that are kinda holey, but other than that, this was pretty well-written and very awesomely fluffy. (: I'm glad woodstock1969 added it to our c2!
*Oh and I love the whole fish/sea thing. Very funny. :D
