Ahh, this was incredible as usual. Every time I read one of your stories, I'm like, "Okay, this one is my favorite." But they are all really my favorites.
I think this is better written and more interesting than 95% of published work out there today. I love how throughout the plot, you really don't know who is going to live or die. In fights, it creates this suspense that just can't be found in a typical book. I also love how each of the characters are well developed and have their own dark back story. I love how the world is depicted, dark, but very realistic at the same time. It reminds me of how people acted in the middle ages, just with monsters and demihumans thrown in. I can picture the whole world clearly in my head.
About to move on to the next book! I think I read the first two chapters or so of it before and I can't wait to see what you came up with.

This story is just as wonderful the second time around. I'm so excited the second book is out now! Back when I first read this, it was just this and there was no second book. So, when I saw there was a new one out, I was very excited! But I had to go back and reread the old one as I couldn't remember a lot of the details. It is just as thrilling and terrifying the second time around. I completely forgot about the cannibals in the woods. That was horrifying. I completely LOVE it. All of your works are sublime. I can't get enough of them! You should really consider getting them published. I would buy them in a heartbeat. I'm sure you would have no problem getting them published either, your writing is beautiful.

I tried reading this story several times and only just completed it. i find it quite enjoyable and I could actually see this as a book one day.

Beautiful story. The characters were very well established and I felt a real connection to most of them. They could be developed more since I felt that aside from discovering their backgrounds, not much change has occurred. But there's more to come so I expect that will happen later. The plot went smoothly although I didn't feel that a lot of things happened. Though this is going to be a trilogy so I assume more of the plot will be revealed in the next book. So this was very well set up to introduce the next book.
I like how Cornelia seems to perfect at first but you eventually realize she's as flawed as anyone else. Especially her relationship with the Beast. A bit masochistic it seems.

I am completely impressed by how well thought out this story was. There are no plot holes, everything is meticulously covered and beautifully well written. You should seriously look into getting this published because I am sure it would be, easily.
The characters are extremely well developed. I am excited to see how this whole series plays out.
You're the only author who's stories on here I read. I find other people have a hard time developing realistic characters, good plots, and decent writing, but you have all of these down to an art.
I have no doubt that some day I'll be seeing your works on a book shelf at Borders, and when I do, I will certainly be purchasing them.
