I really like the mood in this poem, and some of the lines were beautiful - 'Even if it is only contentment/can we invent our own form of happiness?' The stanza starting 'Slow down love, slow down' was my favourite. I don't think the attempt at rhythm/rhyme scheme works very well, though. The lines have differing lengths, which makes it difficult to pick up on the rhymes.
