I think this whole poem was succinctly worth the read except for the last line which didn't need to be mentioned in my opinion. It's useless because the body of the poem already expresses what's happening, the title should give us a default image of what's being discussed. So, to merely repeat it is just a waste.
Apart from that it was terrific how you express this one scene. I can understand these words: laughter, moaning, mocking, and weeping which are very strong and dovetail each other in dire settings such as the one being expressed.

Like the feel to this poem, I can almost smell the rusting iron and blood. A powerful cruel ending. Well done!
