I've been reading this story for a while, the problem was that my laptop wouldn't let me write reviews for a while! So I want to say AMAZING story! And it's been FOREVER since you're last chapter, which I ADORED, but it's okay. This chapter was intriguing and completely amazing- I enjoyed them meeting each other even though it ended in disaster. And it's good that Archie has finally admitted to his problem. Can't wait for the next chapter!

they way you've pulled it this far and all those ridges to the characters have made them incredibly human to me ...
Well done! you've made this into one of those stories you want to read from time to time to devour and feed on ...

hello, i'm loving your story so far, it's the first one i started to read on fictionpress(seeing as i only just got an account and decided to read some stories). It's extremely well written, though some of the language Archie uses does sound quite British(ex:saying he "rang her up" instead of called her). the story plot is interesting, how did you ever manage to come up with the idea for the main plot(a misdialed call turning into a friendship)? i also really enjoy the characters, Archie being the regular playboy artist/actor with a painful/dark past, but with the twist of him not being full of himself and wanting to do smaller movies instead of climbing the social/movie ladder and Isobell(an interesting variation of the name by the way)being the ambitious(job-wise), kind hearted woman she is, trying to stay upbeat and positive after being cheated on. One thing i noticed though, was that Marcie had been Isobell's friend since they were young so did Marcie move with her to NY or did she move earlier/later? just to clarify that... anyways, love the story, can't wait to read more!
PS. did you still need a Beta? if so, i would be more than willing to help with Beta-ing or anything else for that matter.
