It's a haiku. Very clever. I echo Calidris's review: the last line provides a triviality that contrasts beautifully with the philosophical reverie of the narrator - like two different worlds albeit the same scenery. And it is funny. The last line echoes like the punchline of a joke; it also justifies the title. I liked it.
