i love this so much. and i love how you put in details about historical romances and how it's set apart from other romances (i'm a staunch historical romance reader)
BUT WHERE IS THE REST OF THE STORY. please. please. upload. continue. please. megan and david are too wonderful! i need them in my life. or at least... in my imaginative life.

I've already read this story but it was SO long ago and I remembered it just the other day so I started reading it again.
1- LOVE the rewrite! I can't remember how different it is from the original because I read it so long ago but it reads fantastically! You have such great talent
2- so sorry to hear about the problems you had with your ex bf (what an absolutely massive arsehole) :( that stuff is horrible to go through, I'm sending lots of hugs and a tonne of chocolate via cyber space :D
I hope you can take that experience and use it to your advantage, be it in life or in your writing!
3- PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE continue the story rewrite! I just saw that you haven't updated in a while and I really want to see what happens in the rewrite even if it isn't that different from the original. Literally on my knees begging now lol! On behalf of everyone else early waiting, I'd like to add another million "PLEASE"'s to the ones from earlier :D
I hope you take pity on me and my desperation here haha!

I really love this story, but I have a slight problem with David's behavior. He may not be thinking of Megan as his girlfriend, but he does think of her as his best friend. Either way, he does love her, and if that is true, why does he let his mother treat her the way that she does? He has only stepped up and defended her, what, once? And for that matter, why does his dad let Darlene act like such a bitch? I would love a little insight as to why, for the most part, everyone but Megan lets Darlene act like a tyrant.

Amanda made my blood boil in the last version, and I can't say that my feelings have changed for her in this version either haha :P
