I'm glad you're feeling better. And, of course, I'm glad you updated too. Wow, only 3 or 4 more chapters I can't imagine what they're going to do. Guess that's why it's your story, huh?
Oh my god, that biscuit thing was fuckin' disgusting so rank.
I feel so sorry for Saul as a kid. What is wrong with his mother? Clearly she didn't want a kid and it's too bad Saul had to live through it. Yeah, this review is just rambling and going nowhere so I'm going to go somewhere else.

the whole stuff with the photos made me sad, poor saul:(
other than that, him and danny are deliciously hot and sweet together, they're good for each other. oh, and i'm glad the beating up issue has been brought up finally.
you know, i was so happy when i got the update notification, i made a strange, high noise that got me a funny look from my cat (now that i think about it, he's been giving me that look a lot lately... hm) i'm glad your health is better, too. pls update soonishly:))

This story is absolutly, positivly amazing. First of all, I love the 'stepbrother cliche'; it's my guilty pleasure. (along with Harry Potter fanfiction, sh!) Your story, though, blows every other one away. It is extremly well written, with such a sense of reality that your characters seem like real people. It is gritty, raw and full of emotion and some great..*ahem* scenes. Seriously, you rock, and I can't wait to see what happens next!

...Okay, yeah, I just couldn't resist. But I'm going to say again, its not all that cliche. I mean, Saul is not really cliche for an angsty, traumatised kid, and neither is his relationship with his stepbrother.
Them hating each other then accidentally kissing then suddenly realising that "there's a fine line between love and hate" would be cliche. ^^

i love how honest this story is. It shows how not everything is sweet and simple. It shows that sometimes things are stick, gross, and uncomfortable but that sometimes makes them beautiful in their own way.
