I'm not sure what to say about this one... It's good in its brutal honesty. In honesty, most of my favorite stories are like that: the story is blatant, almost in-your-face, and you can't be assured of a real happy ending or even a happy ending at all, but that's what makes it good, because life never promised it would be calm, smooth, full of giggles, and ending with a bright ray of sunshine. It's like what I remember another writer (I don't remember who though) saying before in a blog: the world's not going to really stop and it's not going to rain with a after-effect of a hopeful rainbow when someone dies; and it's not going to rain during every tragic turn of your life, even when you really wish it would just rain. It's kind of beautiful that way, cynically beautiful. I dunno. I'm just wierd I guess. Now, I'm just waiting to see where this goes because I'm pretty confused about where this could go. I'll be waiting on it. :)

wow... just wow...
i know i always say this, but... they're so cute together! truly! i just love your characters and everything about them.. i really think that they're the real strong point of this story.. the way you've writen them is just amazing.. and their characterization, as far as i'm concerned, is flawless.. bravo, bravo...
i can't wait to see what you're going to do next with this and where it's going to move forward! i'm excited for it.. as always, you are an amazing writer and i encourage you to do what you seem to do quite well..
danny's such a sweetheart.. you can just tell he's falling in love with saul more and more with every chapter.. and you display his affection so well! and saul... i love saul, and always have since i started reading this story that one night on my laptop and three a.m... so yeah...

People prolly get confused about when the story finishes 'cause you often write 'fin' as an auhtor's note at the end of the chapter.
It always hits me how the reality you portray is so different from other gay fics. All the less than romantic motions are swept away in other fics, but you keep them in, and that makes this amazing.

It can't be over because I'm pretty sure that Danny won't stop until Saul really, really is in love with him. Until then...the story will continue. Lol, that sounded very, I don't know. I think all the snow outside (two feet of it) is getting to my head. Especially when I had to shovel it.

There should be a new category for severely angsty slash. This one would fit right in. I guess we should be happy that he got his lunch money finally. Oh and it helps that Danny seems to be a good guy.. I was hoping for a life altering event, it's like Saul's life is on hold. Of course it's always the writer's prerogative where to end a story.
Despite how is it sounded up there, I liked this story. In fact, I like everything you write. As long as you keep churning stuff out, I'll read it.
