This was actually a good poem, specifically because of the dark tone and rapidly-changing poetic formats. With so much free verse and simple rhyming I've seen, seeing something like this was actually pretty cool. Some of your rhymes felt forced at the expense of rhythm, but you manage to keep the vampiric notions going.
Vampires are big in fiction today, but this song doesn't sacrifice too many elements to make it a great one. Great job.
