"I am the rain..." What a great statement. Says so much, vague yet meaningful, tis awesome. Such great imagery and allegory going on here, keeping the emotion throughout. I love how you seem so in control, and very upfront and strong ("It thunders. I laugh." Awesome line!). Also really like the descending "I saw the rain. / I stole the rain / I am the rain." Builds up nicely to that great statement. Really enjoyed this poem, well done!
