Yikes! At first I thought the girl, Sasha, might be a werewolf when the other doctor said 'her kind'...but now I'm not sure. It certainly was creepy, although I would have liked more description as to what Sasha was doing during Caroline internal monologues.
You switched tenses a couple times; a quick edit should combat that.
All in all this was a scary piece! Nice job!

That was awesome. Such an original concept, too. I loved the writing style; it all flowed naturally and the narrator had a good voice.
