I don't know if you did it intentionally or if it's just FP being weird, but I like the formatting of the poem with the italics far off to the right.
One quick possible typo - "The terror of being rain on", did you mean "the terror of being rainED on"?
But besides that, I enjoyed reading this. Keep writing.
