Firstly, it's rare for me to read stories with a lot of romantic drama. Or werewolf/changeling stories, for that matter. That said, I made an exception for this, and found it quite nice. Good dialogue, intelligible grammar... A few mistakes here and there, and a bit too much melodrama (especially with the painful romantic brooding in chapter 5), but nothing particularly cringe-worthy.
I do like the fact that Cara didn't immediately go into angst mode when she first transformed. Considering how many werewolf/changeling stories out there have an emo heroine who mopes about her new life, it's commendable that you attempted to differentiate yours from the rest. Keep working on maintaining a unique spin to this story. I'll be watching to see where it goes.

I love stories about werewolves but there are few and they are usually poorly written. This one is pure delight, it is very interesting and very well written. I can't wait to read more.

Update? I like this. Cara isn't tough as nails. She's made of titanium. Or diamonds, but that might come across wrong. Anyway, as for the dose of disgusting French, c'est tres exquisite. I wish I could use the accents on my computer.
