Just some things I caught...
His smile started to fade (not smiled)
Found Fred staring down at me (not starring)
His arms were still around my waist (not was still)
I looked at her deadpan (not deadpanned)
He, of course, had none, so he just poked his eye (You missed the 'he'
Lol. Sorry 'bout the grammar lesson; I'm such a freak sometimes.
Anyway, I love Fred. He's so sweet. *sigh* And I'm so glad you didn't choose a commonly used name like Eric or Jason or whatever.

I did really like it. :) So sweet and all. The only thing I didn't like was the ending when she talks about having a love story at last. It wasn't that bad, just unnecessary, y'know.
