Aw this so so bittersweet! you sure do write sad one shots.
poor guy. just wanted a kiss and now he's dead!
but i loved it.
i also liked the little poem at the end, plus the description of mint.

Woo! Ace Job! (I'm bringing it back!)
I was all excited when I read in the summary the word, "Faerie"...and I wasn't let down. I'm not usually into oneshots (most authors don't end with a decent closer) but yours was really excellent! lol.
It was deliciously dark, but not morbid. It made me feel regret for the man...FAVES! And author alert. Yea!
As for the poet comment? I think you are more talented than half the 'poets' I've ever met. ^-^
