I have to say that I'm usually a silent reader; I won't really ever review unless something really gets to me (most likely in a bad way)! However, this has really gotten to me :( I'm completely gutted that this is happening to a large number of my favourite fp authors, as I also follow myrika, angels and effects etc (amazing authors) I've been on fp for 5 years now, ever since a friend of mine began to post on here, and these are some of the first people I began to really 'follow', read all their stories, anxiously anticipated a new chapter or story etc. I'd really like to join this new site if possible- I now regret not reveiwing as you don't really know who am I and if I can be trusted! Hope to see your stories again soon. Thanks for all the entertainment you've already supplied!

I'm sorry to hear about these plagiarizers. It makes me mad that these talentless people would actually put in the effort to copy other people's work. I hope that these few don't ruin it for the rest of us who enjoy your stories and that you continue to write!

I was looking to read this story... this is the 4th story that I was looking forward to reading that turned out to be removed... T^T

I waited until this story was finished before I read it, since I'm not a fan of hanging onto every word and being grouchy when an author updates every now and then. I really like the overall concept, and the individual characters' developments plus their maturity level (except one).
Seeing this A/N makes me really upset, since I'm a huge fan of Myrika and JDAllen (though I'm too lazy to review and I rarely go onto this site except during summers) also, and their having to take down their stories made me really sad. But it is really really messed up, since I know how difficult-though from the academic variety-it is to write something and have it stolen by someone who didn't put in the effort. I definitely don't think plagiarism is the sincerest form of flattery, since it's wrong (hence the Latin root plagiarus, the kidnapper). And you are right that the moderators of and ficpress don't care. They rarely ever do anything. I've been on both sites since I was 13 when ficpress didn't even exist yet or the ff community was relatively small, and of the stories and the copying, I've seen only a couple of cases where the story or account was deleted.

great story! so sweet. there were a couple of slip ups here and there that made finley sound like she could see, but it's bound to happen when the protagonist is blind. but awesome story

you just said camden is japanese. since his mom is named sylvia which sounds pretty western to me, i take it he must have gotten his japanese side from his father. but why does his father have a chinese name then?
