This is the best arguement against prop eight and banned gay marriage in general that I have EVER heard. Everyone else just goes on the 'equal' rant, but you brought up points.
Christians are picking and choosing things from the bible to believe in, and I hate how if you're an athiest, or Jewish, you still can't get married because 'the christian bible says so'.
I'm not a homosexual, but when I hear Gay marriage being banned, it makes me so angry. I can't believe people are still like this. Why don't we worry about the econamy and world relations instead of who should get married.

Finally someone understands mine and other Gay peoples strugles. And you totaly get my point. Thankyou so much for wrighting this. I feel so much better now that someone finally understands what is wrong with the world and it's goverment and religions.

I really agree with you. I gave a rant to all my No on 8 friends much like this. I mean, c'mon, how shallow can you get? You would let drunk teenagers get married in Vegas but not allow two responsible adults who really love eachother to get married?
