I really enjoyed this for the most part. I think you should consider revising and adding a little more detail in parts, and less in others. I felt a little confused by a lack of explanation for some things, and a little irritated by contradictions. All in all, not bad. Practice, practice, practice.

Wonderful little story! I really liked how short it was, but, yet, it was too the point! I enjoyed all the characters. Seth and Lexi are just prefect for each other. I really liked how much drama there was in the story. I am so happy that everything worked out for the characters. Great work!

This story touches my heart because it's everything I want my love life to be like. But it can never happen because I don't have a brother. I really like the way Rich flew all the way to Lexi just to tell her sorry and to try to fix her and Seth's relationship. A small part of me was hoping something would happen between Rich and Sarah on a more romantic level but I think it would've been a bit more unrealistic if that happened. Also, I think you forgot to mention that Lexi flies back to college in chapter 10 I think. Unless you did write it and I skipped over it.

I crumble to pieces when a guy tells a girl that they're his. So without a doubt, my heart clenched when Seth told Lexi she's his. It was such a moment I couldn't handle it. I hope Seth has some kind of good ass excuse and I hope Lexi makes him work for her forgiveness.
