i especially love your second and third paragraphs
it truly does express a lot of what i've been feeling lately
and i'm only amazed by how leoquently you were able to express such a complex topic

I like the subject of this. Touching and feeling really are two different things, but I don't think I've ever considered that. So I'm glad I came across this.
This doesn't seem like the easiest thing in the world to describe (I'd have a lot of trouble, at least), but you had some great descriptions - "it seeps its way into your bones", "To be consumed, hollowed out and left empty except for that feeling." Nice job on finding ways to describe this so well.
It's brief, but I think that's what worked best for this.
