This is a pretty big coincidence. Something very similar to this happened a couple weeks ago. And I mean VERY similar. One of my best friends/crush of 3 years was moving away, so I decided to tell him. He reacted the same way "Mark" did. He's been gone about 2 weeks now, and I've been doing a lot of crying. i also know how it feels to like a really really close friend, i hope you managed to get some sleep between the time you wrote this and me reading it.
good luck with everything and geting over him or if anything having him change his mind about you. i wish my bestfriend could change her mind about me, but thats all still a wish.

The summary alone had me wanting to read this story. Almost the same thing happened to me, except I will never talk about it with him-he avoids the subject like the plague. He's my best friend, too, so it really sucks. Good job with this story, and good luck to you.

Aw I know exactly how you feel! The same thing happened with me. I'm great friends with one of my guy friends and I feel something more for him but I don't know if he likes me that way!
God, love can be so confusing some times!
