This was a journey. You clearly put so much hardwork into this. The story and the writing style was very good. It's refreshing to read a slash story that has a happy ending. I specially LOVE the way you paced the timing of the story. It was impeccable. Although you do have a tendency to go on a tangent. :) All in all, good job.

You know, it says something about the fact that I did read this back in 2009, as you were updating, I was only 14 years old, a completely different person that I am now, and I still love this story with the same amount of affection as I did almost 9 years ago now. I don’t think I could ever STOP loving this story.
It’s so beautiful and sweet, set in my home state, Hell I WENT to Texas State at San Marcos. So much about this story hits close to home and I just have to thank you for writing it, and for actually keeping it posted all these years and not taking it down. Honestly if you ever decided to publish this as a book I’d buy it in a heart beat I love it so much.
I have no idea what I would have done if I saw that it wasn’t still posted when I just recently got the desire to reread it. I remembered the full title, didn’t even bother logging in and trying to find it in my favorites, just searched for it by name because I knew it was exactly what I wanted.
So thank you again, over and over, for writing this story and KEEPING it posted. I hope life is going well for you now and I sincerely hope that you are getting PAID to write beautiful works like this.

So I thought this was rather funny, but I had this Fic stuck in my head last night and decided a reread was in order (I actually knew it by heart but wanted a refresher) and I originally read it way back when I was a little fish in High School, and I had no idea what UT Texas or Texas State at San Marcos were despite living around Houston my whole life (cause I wasn't thinking about college) but I actually ended up attending Texas State for about a year...and I just thought it was funny while reading this that I could connect to a story written by a stanger on the internet but here I am. So I wanna say thanks, for writing this piece and writing it so well, it brought a lot of joy to my life back when I read it the first time and it still does now after God knows how many rereads and sleepless nights from trying to finish it in one go. I really got to thank you for it :)

ok.. two things stood out to me, I am Kenyan so I totally laughed out loud when you mentioned that and Ethan was born on the exact date as my brother which I find so cool. also how he stares off into space is sth I normally do haha..
