Oh my God. Never thought it would captivate my emotions towards the very end. I never knew that such stories would be created, much more such authors like you would exist. Oh Merlin, why did you wrote something like that, it just so right (i know, but i'm really in a daze right now). The whole thing about Anna's and Josh's "Forbidden Love" totally rocked my world. The whole thing about good and evil and its supposed to be 'balanced world' is so awesome.I really do want to comment on lack of romantic approach with regards to Josh, i just want more cheesy and correctly-made drama between those two. Well, other than IT'S PERFECT. But there's is always the "almost but not quite" thing about perfection.haha.)

Anyway I enjoyed your story, read it in one sitting, and I still need to finish my one piece, although it's totally worth it. Hope you'll make more stories as such and read this review on how you totally rocked our world. Well, i did tell you you have the size of Sparks' fans right? Oh shut it, Bingo's fans, right? Love it THANK YOU!

Just... breath taking. My goodness, one of the most beautiful stories I have read here on fictionpress.

I swear, you brought out the crazy fangirl in me during the course of the whole story, no kidding! The plot was actually unique and you showed us the development of feelings that went through both of them, most especially Anna. The history that both their lives held was clearly explained and did not confuse me one bit. Although there was a little sexual tension involved, it was good that the story did not revolve around it, but instead on their feelings and ideas towards their own beliefs and personas. The internal conflicts, and I'm guessing externals as well, regarding their identities were.. wow. It made sense in a way wherein the reader will know that the story was well though out and made carefully. Realism was present when none of them could completely sacrifice who they really were and it was a blast of fresh air.

I would never forget this story due to its remarkable plot and beautiful characters. I congratulate you for making this story a part of my life (lol so much for drama), and I feel a little bit empty right now.. Like a child of me has parted.

Keep up the good work, my love!

Dear god, you wrote the most breathtaking story I've read. I wouldn't say in all of my life, but I know for fact that this has the most breathtaking plot I've read in all my life. If that makes sense. I mean that not because of its sheer genius of setting, setting development, but the big-idea whole moral thing you've incorporated into it. So in the ethereal sense of the word breathtaking, this contains the most breathtaking plot.Absolutely brilliant. The writing was not flowery. The story didn't resort to sex, hormones, and such to intrigue the reader-it didn't have to. I am so fucking shocked right now, I don't know how to give this a proper review. The twist at the end was bloody fantastic, and it gives me a rather forlorn, empty feeling. The epilogue made me feel as if I had lost the characters I had learned to love (Anna, Josh), as if they have permanently disappeared from this Earth and from my grasp. Then there's the idea that they'll always be apart of me.

I have read so many things, yet you managed to throw me off.

I get this feeling that this story will always be oddly apart of me. Months, years from now the story may fade in my memory, and I shall no longer remember everything about Safia, Mary, Hussein or the details about Anna or Josh; but I'll still remember this story as a whole and what moral it brought. Of course, I'll probably come back to read this, so I needn't be so fucking dramatic and romanticise every damn thing, but I need to somehow express what I feel about this story at the moment!

Keep writing or doing whatever it is you love.

Cheers,

Well...

That was unexpected, and amazing. So I cried, allot. Kinda like a baby... But not because I hate babies.

ANYWAY you're an amazing writer, and I stayed up all bloody night to read this, be flattered.

No, but seriously, it was amazing. The ending wasn't 'And they lived happily ever after.' Which I figured was the bast part.

I LOVE YOU.

Oh, look, the entrance to Narnia.

No freakin way you were only 14 when you wrote this story! It's too perfect! You know what I did when I was fourteen? I certainly couldn't write this well... and my brain was too frazzled from TV and video games to come with a creative plot.. lol. Well kudos to you my dear. :)

Indeed, a very creative plot. I love your use of diction. It's very sophisticated and mature. The descriptions are very vivid and capture the characters fully. Setting is beautiful. The tone is well established. The Story is just so wonderful! Amazing job. Your brain is awesome haha.

Hey, I'm really liking your story so far. Great job! And congrats on the SKoW nomination! One little critique for you: when people die of starvation their arms and legs get skinny, but their stomachs actually bloat quite extremely, especially in the case of children. I can tell you have done a lot of research for your story so I thought you would want to be as accurate as possible.

There's only three things in my head when I finished this story. First, awesome and second, twist and lastly, original. I would be lying if I said I didn't fell in love with your story cause I did, I do and always will. And I would be lying if I told you I didn't fell in love with Josh and Anne cause I did, there relationship isn't those typical relationship I've read here, this is way different(good different). You've got me speechless, you've got me crying and you've got me wishing there would be a so-called Josh in my life. The twist you did was so unexpected, this is not what I expect and it's good thing cause you've got me eyes open and that's a good thing. You are so original and I really really like it. I hope you publish this cause I bet a lot of people will buy this and I'd be one of them :)

Keep Writing and Stay Awesome,

Nica :)
