This really pulled at my emotions. I think it's something that everyone can relate to. Good work and I loved it. X

I liked this quite a bit actually. Somehow I felt like I could relate to it and it was very thought-provoking for me. As far as reporting to you on that list in your profile I'd recomend some manga xD Hmm Death Note is a good one, but my current favorites would be Higurashi no naku koro ni and Umineko no naku koro ni (though they are uh...gory and violent). Ah, "Spiral" is also an interesting one, and Clannad is very good as well ^^

Who is to say how far one CAN reach? If you want something badly enough, you will do anything to acquire it. No one in chains ever soard up to the sun.

this is a truly amazing piece. it is very easy to relate to, and it's description is vivid. Great job!

Having read four of your poems by this point, they all really seem to echo each other. A good flow, and a nice summary at the end. "Searching for the unreachable"...very cool. You could almost combine your poems into one super poem, but that's just a random idea.

Oh I believe this is my favourite so far. I love it and I cponnect with it on some deeper, uinreachable (heehee lol) level. This is by far my favourite well so far anyway. I loved 'For the shadows of my true nature hae caught up wit me i know now that I am seaching for the unreachable' I loved that! Absolutley perfectly brilliant!

I admit, I don't often read poetry. However, I like this one. Granted, it seems a bit dark, but it oddly reminds me of 'Man of La Mancha'. Are you familiar with that musical?

In it, Don Quixote says that his purpose in life is to strive for the unattainable, or in other words, to reach the unreachable star. He admits that he is trying to do the impossible, but that he wouldn't give up.

Your poem, combined with that random memory, is fascinating.

Good job!

I really like the imagery and the contrast between light and dark. Good job.
