ooooohhhh myyy. I am on the one hand uber-excited to have come across this story. On the other foot I am much worried that it is not marked "complete" and yet was last updated in 2010. Thirdly, I must point out that I know already that I will love it and most likely only get cut off suddenly in a most painful fashion. Yes, it will feel much like a sudden but inevitable betrayal. And d): I am going to read it anyway.

I don't know if I've ever reviewed, but I gotta say that this story is total amazeballs. I've probably read it at least three times... and EVERY TIME, I get more depressed that you haven't updated since 2009. Vaiii?
The best part is how Indian-centric it is. I'm Indian, so I deal with a lot of the stuff that Navleen and I'm sure any Indian does (read: Mom forcing food down my friends' throats) but it's hilarious to read about it in those terms. Your vocab and writing style is amazing too; I think it probably developed from living in Canada. In a non-English-speaking country, few people have such flair for vocabulary, so I have to really work at it when I write.
Great job. Really, really hoping you'll update soon!

Wow, what a cool story! It's really interesting as it gives us a point of view of new generation vs old generation in Indian society. You also do a great job at creating a unique writing voice. Hopefully you'll update this one day.
