'Time frame' should be two words, and I think "eye blink" should be 'eye-blink'.
"My memories shoot past—burning, exploding, vibrant with life
because I have not let go, and I regret what I did to him."
The powerful words you use ensure that the poem ends in a bang. Really wonderful work, and I hope I get to read more from you. :)
