I really loved the tone of this story, there was something almost fantastical about it. You managed to make it feel light and airy but hold a lot of emotion at the same time. Not giving the main characters names (haha if you did and somehow i missed it, ignore this comment) made it feel more anonymous and mysterious, which fit well with the tone. The boy seemed so cute and sweet :D At certain places the writing felt like it could have been a little smoother but overall I really enjoyed it and thought it was very well done!

I'm gonna be shameless here and tell you that if you haven't read Casey and Adrian I'd suggest it, personally I think it's a lot better than Someday Soon. :D

Oh. My. God. I LOVE this one-shot. It just had a certain ringing that made me love it. The constant past reflective perspective kept it moving forward, at a constant pace. I absolutely adored the way the characters presented themselves … without your direct intervention, to say. So favorite-d.
