Bwahaha! That was hilarious, I really do hope you sent them these questions, it's just plain ridiculous how they can't get their shit together. The question about FP and FF having the same basics, and thus copy-pasting should be easy enough was especially true. I mean, how difficult can it be? They just dont care :(

"Question 5: Why does get all the lovely updates, yet is completely abandoned to changes?"
- Was it supposed to say 'fanfiction(dot)net' after 'does'? Because I think FP blocks out addresses or something.
Anyway, nice job with the humorous outlook on this problem.

I'm so sick of the stupid '403 Forbidden' error. I have to click 'Refresh' at least three times before anything will work.
I bet our e-mails really do go straight to the 'trash' bin in their accounts :P.

1) In relation to the infamous question, "How many licks does it take to reach the center of a tootsie pop?"...How many clicks of the refresh button will it take to reach my desired page from the 403 Error?
2) When will the 403 Error get fixed?
3) Are '403' and '502' code for "We hate you?"
4) Is the 502 Error another way of saying you won't read our emails?
5) Can we sue you for child neglect?
6) Will you sue us if we place bets on when the next site update will be?
