I'm so happy they finally got their happy ending! I just think they really, really deserve to be happy, with everything that happened to them in the past (especially William - his family was just terrible). Yet... I'm rather sad. I just discovered this story a few days ago, and it's already over. I sincerely hope you will post another one up eventually (I'd say "soon", but I know how hard it can be to actually create and write a story, so... I'll be patient), because I simply loved your writing. Your characters make me happy, sad, angry and hopeful all at once, which is exactly what a story should do.
I'm being redundant here, I know. Anyway, I just wanted to tell you (again) how much I appreciated your story. The prologue didn't "bring" anything new to the story (except maybe Kayleigh's part at the beginning), but it was sweet - yet not exactly a perfect happy ending, which I think is great. Kayleigh suffered a terrible loss, and I can only hope she'll find someone good for her (I know it's just a story, but it seems so real when you read it). And Lili and Will... they're made for each other. They'll never stop arguing, debating, their marriage won't ever be perfect... but it's pretty close.
So, that's about it. I loved the epilogue and I can't wait for you to post something new (when or if it happens).
Thank you again!

This is, without a doubt, one of my favourite stories on Fiction Press! I'm absolutely in love with it, although I only started reading it on Monday night and finished it today (stayed up, well, quite late). Anyway! I'm really not good at this type of things (i.e. reviews), so I don't do this very often, but... you're a great writer. I could just feel the characters, their feelings and their motives, like I seldom do. I admit Lilianna annoyed me a great deal at first (the first... oh, ten chapters or so, and few times in the later chapters), being so spoiled, judgmental and so used to have things go her way - but then, I realised that's exactly why this story is good. The characters could be real. Even William, who's my favourite character, is a gentleman with many qualities, but he can be extremely irritating at times (when he scolds her like a child, for example, although for me, it was pretty funny). (I did think Lili was being unfair with him at first, but when you think back on all she went through - it's understandable... but this thing about getting "even" with him by not telling him of the pregnancy... childish much? Hm. Still, I really like her).
I noticed this wasn't the first draft of the story, and at times it shows - I'm pretty sure William's age changed from twenty-one (first chapter) to twenty-three (chapter six), then somewhere he's twenty-four, I think. But except this small mistake (that doesn't make the story any less fabulous), I loved all thirty-five chapters, and I loved (or loved to hate, in the case of William's family) every single character in it. Your descriptions are flowing, with just enough dialogue to make it interesting... and the way you "recreated" the first years of the XXth century is amazing. Your story is anchored in the 1910 era, and that makes it seem even more real.
Finally... (this review is long, sorry about that) the way you wrote about the days, the hours, the minutes before the Titanic sank into the Atlantic... very stressful (or so it was for me), the way you're writing this "countdown" (with the day and hour displayed before every scene). We know what to expect, and it's a real tragedy to know how it's going to end - yet there's nothing we can do, as a reader, about it (or maybe I'm just getting way too excited about this story, I don't know!)
This is about it. I'm sorry if my ideas aren't exactly well-phrased at times, english not being my first language, but I just wanted to take the time to tell you that I'm anxiously waiting the next chapter (with them being happy and all... I hope nothing too awful's going to happen).
Thank you for sharing this little jewel of historical romance with FP readers! Stories as good as this one are hard to find, these days.

I am balling my eyes out right now! What will happen to kayleigh? I wih something good would happen. what can I say I like god things to happen to everyone but that tragedy was a really bad one in our history and many people lost their lives and loved ones. You are a superior writer. Never stop doing this because I believe you could seriously make a living off from writing. The way you word things and the way the characters seem real are amazing! please continue to write and I will patiently wait for the next chapter.
