This is beautiful! I love Claire de Lune as well, and was delighted to see this collection of poems. My favorite stanza is "She wears a silver crown,/ Embedded with memories,/ Long forgotten flights,/ Long abandoned dreams."
I felt while I was reading this that you feel obliged to end a line with a comma. It is unnecessary to do so and can even disrupt the flow of your poem.
