Oh no.. Dear Afton has to suffer again *sobs* I hope the situation won't be too bad, given the warning at the end of chp 24 that "next few chapters are going to be dark".
Meanwhile, my mind is frantically speculating on what will happen next. All the 5W1H are tumbling through the space between my ears and only you, my dear author, have the power to answer them. So I really reaaally looking forwards to next update, even if it kills me to know that the fun journey I've had with the characters are about to end *sobs*

Great update, I was sorry his friend Cat was killed. I was glad to find out Aria's still alive though and poor Blaise, now he has to answer to Lucian.
Can't wait to find out what happens next.

This chapter was definatly a lot to take in. Things are really starting to unfold. Just when we thought Afton was safe too. I do hope he'll be alright with all that head trauma. And Cat, poor Cat... Makes me sad since she had basically barely begun to live.. And when she said that she was to experience life... This story is quite intense. Great job, and do update soon.

The Gallos sound like bad news.
How is Afton going to get himself and Aria out of this mess? I suspect Lucian getting involved might mean even more bloodshed and someone else losing his/her life. I guess this is the life of the mafia. :)

I'm sad that Cat died. She betrayed Ashton, but she really wanted to get to know him again and I really felt sorry for her when she told Afton about her life and her hate towards the mafia.
Poor Ashton, the drama and betrayal never seems to stop for him.
I've enjoyed reading every chapter of this story.

Amazing! thanks for updating, even though everything has gone to pieces! poor cat:( and poor afton! but at least you didn't kill blaise! thanks for that. as usual, awesome writing and i eagerly await the update!

Nooooo! He can't be captured! And Aria's there as well. Not only that, but Cat is dead. This was a very dramatic chapter and a very mean cliffie. I hope Lucian is able to rescue Aria and Afton quickly.
I was surprised that Blaise was involved to trying to save him. He seemed like he didn't want anything to do with the Mafia.

That was a heavy chapter a lot to take in for Afton even me. One of your best it felt like a tv show. The only good thing is that Afton gets to be with Aria he won't let anything happen to her but those damn Gallo family is so evil. Blaise is so stupid but I liked the "look there's mini version Luciano Romano's
