Oh shit son! I figured it out! Well, I guess at this point everyone should have figured it out, at the line, Luke: "Nothing to do and my mate bailed on me" I mean really. It clicked instantly in my mind. Wow. Well, at least maybe it did. I could be wrong. I swear to God I'm right, but it could just be weird signs in the story but man! I am about 98 percent sure that Craig is Luke and Luke is Craig! I mean he went into the library and everything. hahahaha. But, you could just be trying to throw the reader off! In which case, you've totally fooled me, but... yeah. I am going to be done with my strange ramblings at this moment.

OMG. Like, I've had an inkling all along... but now it's more than an inkling... and I think I know who Luke is... but I'm not gonna say anything, because whenever I *say* what I'm thinking... it totally turns out to be something different than what it is and I really happen to like this idea I have so... I'm keeping my mouth shut!

I have a sneaky suspicion that Luke = Craig.
Of course, maybe that's what you want us to think?
But Craig went to the library. Library = computers with internet. Luke only came online AFTER Craig had left. Also... Craig never seems to be around when Luke is.
Also, Luke was complaining about his flatmate bailing on him...like Phil did to Craig.
Of course... when Phil told Luke he was going to go kill his flatmate, Craig was out in the kitchen... Unless he has a phone or something he is text messaging on...
HM, write faster so I can knoww! Of course, I am also reading Nerves, Lifelike and sometimes Mise en Place... so I guess as long as you are writing I have to content my self, eh?

I like your story, one quick note on this story.
I've grown up in many parts of the US and I've never heard anyone say "Hey buddy, how's tricks?".
To me, when I first read that I was like "prostitute?" because prostitute turns tricks, so someone, talking to a prostitute, might say "how's tricks?" as, "How's business?"
Just sayin' it didn't make sense to me as a American person, even though the character is supposed to be American.
I like your story, one quick note on this story.

Wow, I'm emotionally confused. This story is alternately kind of depressing and absolutely hilarious. Phil is one of the few characters I've seen that can be all emo and self-deprecating without getting too annoying. In fact, he pulls off moody so well it's hard to picture him happy. Anyway, I like this story, and I hope it's updated soon.
