I really liked your simple but still fruitful way that you described the pasta, it made the scene easy to picture.
I also really likd the ending. It gave a really good feeling of closure.

Loved the phrase "tasted like heaven in my mouth"
even though I can not completely relate as I'm /not/ a pasta lover. I thought overall it flowed very well, great descriptions. Nice work and thanks for sharing. :)
