for O Luna

Lovely~ and quite lyrical. "I am hollow as my heartbeat turns to stone" struck me; that 'I' was perhaps emptied of any passionate/human emotion and then left instead to hear the dull throb of hitting against stone or perhaps the 'heart' labours to make any enlivening sound.

It comes off strongly as a sort of repentant prayer to the moon, and its romantic to envision a newly turned vampire who, instead of revelling in its blood-lust, hopes to redeem its lost self...

^^ loved it! (love vampires in general too)

Find redemption in the shadows of night, find truth in the sunbeams of day.

The verse starting with crystal ball seemed to make sense of the entire poem after that.
