Wow. That's all I can really say...this is a very powerful, poignant piece. The imagery is vivid, and when I read it I can feel the anger and the pain of the woman you speak about.
I especially like your use of single words and incomplete sentences to add emphasis...it really helps with the frantic feeling that builds up towards the end. And the last four lines: perfection.
