Frickin sweet. Well written, I like the personality of the narrator even though he's, um... a bit murderous. Great take on the regeneration, and I love the ending. "The one WASN'T going to brutally murder, etc..."
Just makes me wonder what happened to The One, since it says WASN'T not DIDN'T, or some other definitive way of saying "I didn't kill her", but it works.

Seriously, I thought I was immune to gory violence ever since I read 'American Psycho'- but you've just ripped the scab off that. This is some hardcore stuff, and I know it's good because I wish I wrote it. You really get down to the meat and potatoes of things.
9/10, only because I wish this was like a 100,0 word epic book I could waste ten hours of my life on.
