I just found this story and I really love Alli as a character. I do like seeing some things from James' POV but it does get a bit repetitive when you keep showing the same scenes from both POVs. Maybe you could try changing the POVs but with alternating scenes. Either way, I can't wait to read another chapter. And I'm wondering how long James will stay mad/annoyed at Alli...?

i personally love how you change the point of views continuously:) and it's crazy that you don't get out until june 28th that's 20 days after me!

I really like this story! But I am going to mention that I saw the entire project thing (topic and all) coming from a mile off. Maybe as a twist you can have Alli somehow forget about the project or w/e and James ends up doing it..and since it's the end of the year and all, his essay is actually more so about what others think, then what he thinks about love and then why he changed his mind...making it a confession that he finally is in love with Alli? And it's so original/creative that the teacher reads it out loud to the entire class, catching Alli by surprise? And of course between now and the end of the year they should go on at least two dates and fight like cats and dogs and have one HUGE fight.. then the essay bit...lol! Idk... those are just my thoughts.
As for a beta... I can help. I'm not perfect but I catch about 96% of all mistakes. So if you want help and can put up with my internet being all "ify", I'd be more than happy to help! :D

Tsk, tsk, tsk. Looks like James has sour grapes. If he thinks that Alli's such a "lowly nerd", why did he ask her out? I nearly peed myself when he thought that she was feeling him up. X*D Ew, Clarissa sounds icky. James is icky too. :*P Still, it's kind of creepy how he just watches her while making out with another girl. Seriously weird. Ha ha, Alli and James have to write about love. Ooh la la. I sense some sexual tension. DOESN'T BELIVE IN LOVE? WHAT KIND OF EVIL VILLIAN IS HE?
