Silences are nature's way of making you confront yourself.

short and sweet and conveys so much. :)

OMG I wondered how a poem as short as a haiku could have 34 reviews...now I know! That last line was a killer, excellent work, my friend!

Excellent haiku; simple, clear and to the point. You pack much thought and feeling into the strict limits of the form.

Simple, but packed a punch. Sometimes I think the silence hurts more than any words could. I know how this feels totally. Wonderfully written.

I really love haikus, just putting that out there. Little words, but they mean to much. And I just loved this.

I like this piece a lot. Short and simplistic, and conveys so much more than the sum of its words.

Very very nice.

A heartbreaking situation - good to express through a poem at least.

The simplicity expresses more then you could have with a 100 words. I will read more of your work.

I've always loved haikus:] If done well, they can say more than a long, drawn out poem can. Your poem is a prime example:) Absolutely beautiful.

Write on!

So now I've read all of your work and by far this one is my favorite. I don't even think anyone can really pinpoint what makes it special because it's really just the three lines combined that makes it so touching. I think it really shows such true problems in relationships. Oh and also I'm a big fan of the title. I like how it corresponds so well to what is being shown by this poem. Good job!
