Hey, so I'm still reading even thought I know I haven't reviewed in a while. Haven't had the time to do, silly life getting in teh way. Anyways, since you left this chapter here, you have to update asap. ALthough I don't believe Kurt is cheating, and I think he'll be rather cut with Chloe when theres a big confrontation over it, I can't wait to see what happens!
Kind of glad she worked things out with Adam, but the part I don't get is in this whole jealous thing is why Kurt seemed fine with everything, until Nilhar got in the way. In terms of him shooting glares and stuff. I mean i get the whole ignoring it, pretending its not happening kind of thing. But he seemed happy. Ish. And its like he's just kind of overacting, dramatising the whole situation even more. LIke its a difficult spot to be in sure, but his actions aren't going to help. And he was all for them becoming friends again after all. Its not like he didn't know they were best friends before, or what Chloe has been through. All of this leds me to wonder what else is bubbling under the surface here.
Can't wait to see what you pull of. And if both boys, or really all three of them don't get it through their thick skulls that Chloe needs every single one of them for compeltely different reasons in her life (Kurt seems to be her rock; Adam her oldest and bestest friend; and although they don't neccessarily like each other, Nilhar seems to be the only successfull tutor that Chloe can find), then I'm thinking at some point they might find out that she'll be in none of theirs. She's already kicked out, admittedly he helped there somewhat, her closest friend once, showing that although she's not always the wisest person when it comes to actions, she is stronger than even she gives her self credit for.
If you couldn't gather already, I still love this story :)
All that said, please update asap. I want to know what happens next!

I feel like Kurt is overreacting a bit (a lot). He knew the reasons for her unavailability and at least it was with someone he knew and trusted to tell him. Though since they do have a habit of stealing each other's women, I guess that isnt so comforting. Hm. I still think that he is overreacting. I am betting that this is a ploy to get her to sleep with him. Nihar keeps saying that Chloe isn't giving Kurt "enough" so I would assume that the sex that he has been BEGGING for since he found out about her 3 person rule would be the way to fix that. My thinking is if he is willing to end things over something as minuscule as this, then he doesn't "love" her as much as he says he does. I mean, it is not like she has been absent for the last 3 years of a 5 year relationship. It has only been a few weeks over the course of a few months.
Then Chloe is definitely entirely too trusting. I understand giving people the benefit of the doubt, but that whole crew was sketch from jump. Especially because the Kurt put so much emphasis on being her number 3 at the start of their relationship. It wasnt about getting to know her, or spending time, his whole goal was wanting to be her number 3. And as she said before, being that third person doesn't necessarily mean he will be the LAST person. If he said, "I want to be your last" maybe I would respect him a little bit more.
Sigh. Im annoyed right now :/ Love the story though. I just wonder how this will play out. I really cant tell at this point.

All right, it's taken me some time to get around to reviewing, but seriously-I love this story. To be honest I don't have a ton to say about it that's "constructive", but I will say that just about everything's working fantastically-the story, the characters (Chloe's a very likeable protagonist), your writing as a whole. You write very good dialog-it's articulate, but it still reads like actual people talking, which is for some reason kind of hard to pull off (at least for me it is).
Yeah. Not much else to say. Awesome story, update soon.

There has got to be some sort of misunderstanding with Kurt! Seriously... He's not that much of a jackass, is he? D:
And I'm not good with reviews, but you could add a little more sensory detail. That's really my only 'advice' with you story.

The fact that Chloe still hasn't made up with Adam and that her- in fact, her entire family as well- relationship with the Parks has fractured so harshly saddens me. I can understand both sides, both points of view, but it just frustrates me that they can't come to an understanding themselves. I'm not looking for a happily ever after at the end of this, but I would be very disheartened if this story ended and their relationships with each other were not at least on the road to being healed- maybe not restored because after a huge spat that like this, one can't expect things to be the same.
Anywho, Chloe continues to enthrall me with her quirky narrative; Kurt is practically irresistible. I don't believe I've mentioned my love for Brina, so let me do so now. She's amazing. :)

Haha I decided to take you up on your challenge. I've really enjoyed this story so far; Chloe is a riot and the characters surrounding her have all wedged their way into my heart with one quirky phrase or another. This really is a hilarious and charming read, and I'm quite excited to continue. :)

Naww a fresh start. I kind of liked the way this chapter ended. I was a bit confused by the start - with the party and that, I thought Kurt was going to be there, and he wasn't? I think i got my wires crossed, but anyways.
Not so sure about my feelings relating to Adam and his family anymore. I respect their protectiveness of the family at dinner and all that resulted, but I don't understand his reactions when she went to talk to him. In fact, I seem to understand him less and less at the story goes on.I loved the conversation about Chloe's sister no longer cooking canned soup.

This story is lovely. Chloe is...a disaster...but a good one. I rather like Kurty too :) I hope you can keep going with this story because it's wonderful. I want to know fully what was wrong with her mother.

I can't even imagine how awful it would be to have my Mom die, but I think you did an excellent job writing about how Chloe felt. It seemed really believable.

ohh another chapter. Poor Chloe; thats got to be hard to deal with, but she can't be too hard on herself. Theres some character brilliance in this chapter. Although bittersweet, I love the acknowledgement both silently and then verbally that Brinna does partly blame Chloe. Its kind of deep. And realsitc.
So her friends at the begining of this chapter - Monica and Britt- not really a fan. They seem so steroetypical and one dimensional. Though I do like that Chloe's cahracter seems ever so bored with them as well. And that she has people like her room mate whose name escapes me at this point in time, to bring her back to herself and the real world, who genuinuely care. Can you tell I loved the scene with the music and lacking of wallowing? That was really sweet, smart and short and well done :)
aHope you find a bit of time for Chloe soon. But to be fair, I've really only just had time to check out my emails now, I've been that busy myself. Guess its that time of the year again. Hope you had a merry christmas and have a happy new year.

hmm not really sure that Chloe can really say that "he knew me well enough to think I wouldn't go out in public in underwear. That earned him some points" when she didn't go out in her underwear. I understand that she's referring to the fact that he wouldn't have pushed her out in it if she really really really didn't want to go in it, and that as a back up he had organised other costumes, but still it seems a little bit out of place when she is in her underwear at that point.
This chapter seemed a little repetitive compared to the rest, like you were constantly trying to reinforce particular ideas and such (like that Chloe would never go out in her underwear normally etcc).
Still think that Kurt and Chloe are cute together. And I felt kind of sad, maybe pity actually for Adam.
Can't wait to see what happens next to them all.
