Gah. Love, love, love this. It's like 500 Days of Summer but better (and if you haven't seen that movie yet, YOU SHOULD). I loved seeing Summer and Zach again but thoroughly enjoyed the snapshots you've portrayed here of best friends in and out of love. It's a brilliant portrayal of human nature, of wanting something only when you can't have it and a quick dissection of relationships and how people don't always get The Happy Ending that they wish for. I hope you continue writing more stories (and posting them on fp for us to read)!

It's a bit sad that there isn't a happy ending It's why I come for when reading on FP ;) But it's real, because not always does the person you love, love you back. And it's sand just like this one-shot.
I really like how you've put things from Facebook and stuff like that. Not just the "normal" writing!

It's good:) Sometimes I feel like Tasha, wanting to be in love with someone, but not being in love with them even though it *should* be like that.
Then again, I suppose love isn't easy.

Heya.
Lol it took me awhile to grasp that this was THE Zach and Summer. :D Despite your misgivings I reckon this is a nice piece. Sad. But nice. Fictional characters can be a bitch no? To be honest this is not your best written work but it's not horrible! It's definitely something different and I wish it had a happy ending, but unfortunately things don't always work out that way. Which is what makes this poignant! :D And relatable! I like the slight emphasis on a guys feelings, I can't stand it when writers write how easy it seems for men to get over things while women wallow :D Thanks for writing this! Sorry about the long diatrabe!
