I like it so far. I love demon stories, and the battle between good and evil and all that come with it is usually an intriguing read. I enjoyed your use of name meanings (I like learning things when I read).

The only thing that I can criticize would be the over-explanation of events, feelings, etc. Maybe that's the wrong way to say it. Rather, there is a quite bit of redundancy when you explain things, which isn't terrible, and it's not done blatantly, but you do it too often that it loses it's effect.
