I just want to thank you so much for sharing this with us. I haven't reviewed in a LONG time, but I've been reading faithfully, weeping and rejoicing as I read. This has helped me grow in my walk with God, and I am constantly grateful for your wisdom. This story means a lot to me, even as a reader, and I thank you wholeheartedly for it. God bless you in ALL you do. "And God is able to make all grace abound to you, so that in all things at all times, having all that you need, you will abound in every good work." (2 Cor. 9:8) THANK YOU!

Love it :) This chapter is a great addition. I'm almost expecting you guys to have kids soon...lol. We're 8 months pregnant with our second and our first is already in Heaven :)

Anyway, can't wait to hear from you again! Your testimony has been awesome, as is everything God creates ;) My husband keeps suggesting you publish it..

God bless, Lizzie! You should find something new to write about, you're very talented!

I hope that you'll still be posting an epilogue! I've been checking on this page everyday since the last update 3

Whew, I finally caught up! Now it's 4:00am and I have to wake up in two hours to go to school, but this was very worth it. This definitely made my bad week a LOT better. I hope I'm not too excited to fall asleep now, haha. But I also wanted to say thank you for finishing the story, because I was very glad to be able to read the whole thing, so thank you so very much for sharing this story :)

YES GET THIS PUBLISHED, LADY. If this story is seriously TRUE... YESH. GO DO IT. NOW.

Also, you may want to tell your beautiful, god-fearing lover-man of a husband that he may or may not have a group of fangirls by now. I may or may not be one of them. I haven't quite decided yet, I'd feel a little guilty, you guys are such good people. Waiting that long to FINALLY consummate that marriage, goodness. Kudos =D I'm sure you both already know that God smiles upon that when he sees it... These days. =( things aren't the way they used to be... I'm gonna start throwing chastity rings at innocent bystanders.

Sorry, that rant may have been a little crazy and blunt, but hey, I felt like I needed to say all of it. I mean, jeez, you guys ARE REAL HUMAN BEINGS. *squeeeee* I wanna tackle you both in a fit of love. Sorry once again for my blunt honesty. =D

I know this'll sound weird, 'cause I don't know you, but as a fellow human being and child of God I can't help but say that I love you guys. =) Praise God.

Praise the Lord!

Ohmy, I've been crying while reading this chapter. lol I've been so engrossed with this story, that I even rush home to see if there's a new chapter lol

Crying because of God's goodness, crying because of Nate's life, crying because of the trauma that Nate had and everything.

I'd like to thank you for posting your story, thank you that even though it is quite personal, you still shared it with other people, and trust me, it has helped me and inspired me in ways that are really hard to explain.

Thank you Lord for Nate's life, and for people like him.

I cannot wait for the epilogue... i think I might have an idea of what the epilogue will be. :)))

God bless you!

"I'm not really hungry," I said.

"Me neither, but she worked so hard…"

He was way too nice sometimes."

LOLOLOL! I didn't laugh super hard, but it really got a chuckle out of me! I tried to read this earlier but fictionpress wouldn't let me. I was frustrated. But it's okay now!

My heart just broke in half at the part he began to scream. Throughout the whole of these last few chapters, I wondered if he would have any post-traumatic experiences. I just died a little inside when I read that he did. :'( What a frightening time. I'm glad you were there for each other!

I'm sad it's over. This was quite possibly the most beautiful romance I've ever read. Equal to Redeeming Love, my all-time favorite romance. Have you ever read it? It's by Francine Rivers. If you have, then hooray! You already know the awesomeness of it! If you haven't, I highly encourage you to read it! It's wonderful. :)

Well, it's been a wonderful journey with you both. God bless in all you do! I hope you do get published. I'll buy both books the minute I see them on the shelf. ;) I tell all of my friends about your story. Please feel free to post more on this site! We'll miss you greatly. It was fun chatting with you and seeing your journey with Nate, the Shars, and of course, with God. What a beautiful story! I'll review again when they epilogue comes. :)

A wonderful end to a beautiful story. I read this chapter savouring every word. All glory goes to God, it has to be said. He is truly amazing. Thank you for posting this story again Lizzie and it is heartwarming to know that it might be published in future :) Thanks "Nate" for your final words. will definitely be praying for all those things. I agree with "once upon a story", please let us know about any prayer requests. May God continue to bless and keep u all. Take care :) x

Thank you both so much for sharing your heart, your story. "Nate" thank you for the encouragement, and for going through what you did. I can't imagine what that must have been like. I know the story, on here, is basically finished, but I will continue to pray for you both. Thank you for showing me Christ's worth, and I really hope that I can meet you someday. May God continue to bless and keep you. Let me know if there is anything I can be praying for.

Despite the fact that we've known that "Nate" lived for the past two chapters, I don't think it sunk in until right now.I've been crying (happy tears!) from practically the first sentence. A beautiful end to a beautiful story. I pray that God blesses you and "Nate" with happiness for years to come and that both of you continue to touch the hearts of people all over the world. God put both of you on this earth to be a vehicle for His word and His gift to you is the miraculous love you have for one another.

God bless, you! I can't say enough how happy I am that God brought you back together :)

Praise the Lord! The Lord is more than worthy!

Keep writing please!

Woah...just woah...

Your faith is incredible. I honestly don't think that I could handle going through something like that.

We had a scare with my brother a few weeks ago where someone knocked him off his bike, and the only thing my mother texted me was 'Brendan's crashed his bike'. My little brother is my best friend and my favourite person in the world and the thought of him being hurt had me in near hysterics; I hate to think what I'd be like if he was kkilled. He was actually fine in the end, just a twisted ankle, but the thought of it being more...

I love this story so much. I know it was obviously very painful for you to experience, and it must have been torture for you to relive it again to share it with us, but please know that your words haven't fallen on deaf ears and hardened hearts. Praise be to God for the works he has done in your life and for giving you the courage to share your story with us.

Peace,

Mish xx

Agh I keep on pressing the send button too early!

God truly answers our prayers! He surely could have saved barakat through nate's death or life!

Please do consider publishing this book! It's a revitalizing story about faith and God's powerful and true love. It would be no understatement to say that this story has changed my life! It has opened my eyes to who God really is, and I've grown tremendously since you've started to post "the boy who talks to God." I would love to share this story with my friends, and it would be even better if I could give a hardcopy to them! Also, it would increase the validity of the story. Like many people are wary when it comes to trusting stuff on the Internet, if you know what I mean?

Thanks again for the quick updates and for sharing this intimate part of your life! God bless you and may he be continually glorified through this story, you, Nate, and your fellow missionaries!
