I'm always a giddy nutjob when I see you've updated this. There's spastic clapping involved.
The characters are such little messes but there's that pinch of uncomfortable self in the heroine that makes you cringe and that won't let you stop reading.
We all have our flaws and all hope someone will care enough to help us overtake them, and you make it realistic and funny and bittersweet; and thus the giddy schoolgirl effect.
P.S. Thank you for not titling this something stereotypic about disabilities, like "Love Is Blind" or "Missing Arm, Broken Heart." Those aren't borderline offensive or anything. I look forward to seeing where this puppy's going. Congratulations on the SKOW nom.

By the third chapter I was completely in love with this story and the characters. It's a gem (in the mass of not only FictionPress stories, but all the other books in the world) that not only sparkles but has is unique and has depth; substance! Can you believe that?
