I first saw this story at SKOW. At first I didn't give it a second thought because there was no summary but decided to give it a chance. Boy was I wrong.

Amazing. Simply amazing. I love this so much! All the emotion, and the anxiousness, and the twists and turns had me sitting at the edge of my chair, wishing I could read faster. LOVE it.

Wow! I'm speechless. Really. This was something... woah! It made me cry. It made me smile at the end. It made me feel so many emotions at the same time that I can't even express! Great job!

I wanted to review this story again because it is amazing. Even though I have read it before it made me cry again. I can't even begin to describe how you managed to capture all the emotions of the character and project them onto the reader. This is extremely well done! There are a few typo's here and there but it didn't deflect from the overall experience of reading.

I felt pinpricks of tears as I read this story. It's sweet and sad. I loved the way you crafted it in short paragraphs for the entries, because people never really write long entries for journals anyway - especially if they are handwriting it. This is so wonderfully written and I enjoyed reading it. :)

Eek! Take this down! Isn't there a rule that says you should only post the stories on FP after the results come out?

Your story sent me to tears. My boyfriend's name is Jason and he is a marine sniper currently on duty in Iraq. I feel like this story is mine, like you know exactly how I feel how I've felt, though Jason and I are not engaged.
As a fellow writer the only input I can give is lengthen each journal entry, descride moments where you miss him more, like the shower bottles. I remember once I was in the grocery store and his favorite song came on the radio and I turned around and his favorite chips were infront of me, Dorito's taco's at midnight, and I had to physically hold my chest together to keep it from ripping itself apart.
As a person I can only say thank you a thousand times over.
