Just now had time to read the update. I like it, makes you think about the girl and who is she? Even though he seems nice, I still think he might be a creep. At any rate, like the story and can't wat for another update.

Interesting storyline, Alaric came across pretty well as a creaper.
I struggle with this just as much, but your writing often starts with "I..." and it gets repetitive. I'm not sure if this is the correct way to fix this, but I have been trying to rearrange the sentence so that it starts with a different word. (as long as it still makes gramatical sense and all)
other than that, I like this!
*I hear you on the school problem, I've barely any time to write as well!*

The Darkness is creeping creeping in,
Our shadows are lurking unseen,
Loving loving us is a sin,
Once you meet us you’ll know what I mean.
So run run away to your homes,
Turn on all your lights,
Leave the doors all closed,
You’ll try and try to keep us away,
But all you’ll do is just keep us at bay.
We hide in shadows lurking around,
You won’t see us or hear a sound,
With our dark eyes and our pale skin,
You won’t realize the danger you’re in!
So run along stay away,
While we feast on the children at play,
As the sun goes down the shadows rise,
And take the kids to gray skies…
