I really like the way Emma has bonded with each person in the ranch like Halina and Jack. I can't wait for each of your updates now!

Man, I just don't know what to say. I'm glad they made up, I really am, but the thought that Teren was SO CLOSE to finding someone like Emma breaks my heart. Because if he hadn't been acting the way he was, he might have some answers. I hope none of those vamps try to come and get revenge on him. And about those babies! Gr! I WANT THEM OUT, DARN IT! I can't believe she's not even at 30 weeks yet! Sheesh, the slow-moving pace of the story is killing me! Really Cupid! Imma have a heart attack cause of you! Lol. But it's the slow pace that makes it worth while. Well, I'm off to read the story you suggested. I'm quite fond of Charliej myself so I'm going to check out the story. Keep doing what you're doing! Your most dedicated reader...

Oh my gosh! I was really worried there for a bit, wondering if Halina would get there in time and then what would happen when she did arrive or what she would find.
And then when he just stood in the doorway, I was thinking 'oh no - she's killed off Ben!' or that maybe he'd found out something dreadful, like she was going to die.
Teren going off the deepend was understandable but scary. Glad he's giving up on chasing down vamps but...hm...the female vamp he cornered... She was alone and protecting her mate? Why had he left earlier? Was he mixed and not as strong or? That has me a bit curious.
I wonder if Halina will find something as she rests in that other nest's house?
And what will there next plan be to try and save Emma and the babies?
Can't wait for more! And thanks for the shout-out!

Honestly, when Teren was at the dooe shaking, I had no clue what the matter was. Although I am glad that him and Emma made up.
Wow, I know Teren was wrong in almost staking that girl, but honestly, I would have done the same thing. My temper is horrible. I wonder if Halina got the name...
I think that if Teren explained his situation to the girl, whose mate was a half, she probaly would have given up the name.

Ugh I usually never have trouble picking sides with characters but this was hard. In the end, I choose Emma. Like I understand what Teren is doing, to save his wife and his children...but he's crossing a line.
First of all endangering Ben. Like of course Ben would agree to act with him now that he has this new found bravery, but Teren should know better than to bring him to a vamp coven being human. Especially since the meetings have become violent.
And Teren is becoming a whole diff person. "Making vampires talk"...makes it sound like a movie from SAW. Like wtf? He's become some sort of torture specialist now...not the Teren we read of. I know love drives you crazy, but come on.
Emma was wrong to kick him when he was down, but you know what it's true in a way. Of course very hurtful, but she said it in the heat of anger,and shouldn't be held accountable. I understand she's being a lil needy but she's a pregnanat woman missing her husband. Who knows how many days she'll have left.
Also the way Teren is apporaching these situations could draw the vampires to his family home. :P With Emma there that is dangerous.
So to me the winner is Emma. Of course Teren can't bare the thought of Emma dying, but what about the grief Emma must be having as well?

I know what Teren is doing and why he's leaving Emma alone all the time, but I agree on Emma, it isn't fair of him to go running off and getting himsalf in danger. Even though Emma is prego, she still has a right to go with Teren on his visits.

Oh Wow! So intense. I was just leaning closer and closer to my screen as I read and then...it was over and I think I was muttering 'No! What next? This can't be the end of the chapter!" Argh!
Poor Teren - so guilty and so scared for her and the babes! And poor Emma - scared for him, missing him. What a mess!

It's kind of crazy that we're already sixteen chapters into this story! The drama is building up as Emma gets closer to her due date and I'm just anxious to see what you have in store for us. I'm scared because she's pregnant and because of the dreams she's having, but I hope that everything turns out well in the end. But, only time will tell! Cannot wait until the next chapter..you just know how to keep me on the edge of my seat :D

I'm disappointed in Teren but at the same time, I understand his reasons. I don't know what to think to be honest. I feel like I just have to wait and see the situation play out and hope like crazy that one of his NUMEROUS leads actually pans out.
Totally get Emma's POV. Kinda thought Teren sounded a little controlling when he demanded she stay at home but I understand he's under a lot of stress. Just surprised that Emma put up with him speaking like that considering she has always appreciated her independence in previous chapters (like keeping her job, etc.)

I get what she said was hurtful but, I can't blame her for slipping up like that. I mean she's the one who has wait around to see if she and her children will survive and has to sit around in the house all day everyday waiting, so I can't blame her for her outburst.

Short review...
figure it's better than the nothing you've been getting from me :(
This was so sad. I think it was a powerful chapter.
so much to comment on, but a bit rushed for time.
Not going into details then, this chapter made me think. a lot.
I contemplated the push and pull of E & T's relationship, how especially with the new kinetic attract/repel function, the highs and the lows are a lot more polarised, and so that bit more bitter-sweet.
Thought bout lots... this was a sad chapter though,
I found Emma's nightmare devastating.
I think your use of humour parallel to the sad bits, was especially effective, because that helped in making it real. you know like how in life funny things happen right in the middle of the 'at that moment' most horrendous thing. :)
All in all, i liked.

I know we all say stuff that we don't mean when we're angry, especailly with her hormones and everything, but still! I understand that Teren's obsessed. If it were me, I'd be flattered and grateful that he's going through all that to protect me and the kids, but still! Oh, they are BOTH in the wrong. I hate it when I can't side with either character, and that's rare since I'm a very sympatheic person. Geez, I can't wait until the next chapter. I think you said earilier sometime that you like to have happy endings. If you were a tradegy writer, I would be worried that Teren would go out and get himself killed and him and Emma wouldn't even get a chance to make up. Oh my Gosh! I REALLY can't wait for the next chapter. Whew, I think this is my longest review yet! I love it! :)
